Yes. Dance Party accesses your data via Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS) using an Integration System User (ISU) with read-only permissions and never modifies your tenant.

How does the connection work?

You configure a custom Workday report (RaaS) enabled for Web Services, select JSON output, and paste the URL and ISU credentials into Dance Party.

What data does it see?

It can only see the specific fields and rows you choose to expose in your custom Workday RaaS report.

How often does it refresh?

Your dashboard automatically fetches fresh JSON data from your Workday tenant within minutes, keeping your TV displays updated.
