HubSpot dashboards on Apple TV and every office display
HubSpot already knows where every deal stands. Dance Party puts that on the office display: pipeline by stage, deals closed this month, and who is booking meetings, built from a sentence and running on an Apple TV dashboard all day.
- Read-only
- OAuth connection
- One connection per workspace
Popular HubSpot dashboards
What teams running HubSpot put on the screen, and what you would ask DJ Agent to get it.
Sales floor pipeline board
For sales reps and the head of sales
The pipeline review happens once a week. The screen makes it happen all week, so a stalled Contract sent stage is visible on Tuesday instead of at the forecast call.
- Open deals and amount in each stage of your deal pipeline
- Deals created this week versus last week
- Deals with a close date this month that are still open
Ask DJ Agent“Show our HubSpot sales pipeline by stage with deal count and amount, and flag deals closing this month that are still open.”
Closed-won this month
For the whole company
A number on a slide gets seen once. A running total of new revenue by the coffee machine gets seen by everyone, and a new logo shows up the minute the deal moves to Closed won.
- Closed-won amount month to date against your target
- The latest closed-won deal and its owner
- Deals won this month by deal owner
Ask DJ Agent“Show HubSpot closed-won revenue this month against a $250K goal, and celebrate each new closed-won deal with the owner's name.”
Rep activity leaderboard
For SDR and account executive teams
Outcomes lag. Activity does not. Meetings booked and calls logged per owner tell a manager on Wednesday whether Friday's numbers will land.
- Meetings booked this week by owner
- Calls logged per rep today
- Tasks overdue by owner
Ask DJ Agent“Rank our HubSpot owners by meetings booked this week, and show calls logged today next to each name.”
Support ticket queue
For customer success and support
If your service team works tickets in HubSpot, the queue belongs on the wall where the team sits, so a spike in high-priority tickets gets a response before it gets an escalation.
- Open tickets by pipeline stage
- High-priority tickets waiting on your team
- Tickets closed today
Ask DJ Agent“Show our HubSpot ticket queue: open tickets by stage, high-priority tickets waiting, and tickets closed today.”
What Dance Party reads from HubSpot
Dance Party reads HubSpot through HubSpot's own remote MCP server, with read-only access. It can read the records your HubSpot user can see. It cannot create, edit, or delete anything.

How to connect HubSpot
Before you start
- An owner or admin of your Dance Party workspace makes the HubSpot connection.
- A HubSpot user allowed to connect apps to your account (Super Admin or App Marketplace access)
- No API key or private app. HubSpot handles sign-in.
- 1Click Connect HubSpot on its card. You are sent to HubSpot to sign in.
- 2Pick the HubSpot account to connect if you belong to more than one, then approve read-only access.
- 3HubSpot sends you back to Dance Party and the card shows Connected.

One HubSpot connection per workspace
A workspace connects one HubSpot account, and every dashboard in the workspace reads from it. If your company runs two HubSpot accounts, use a separate Dance Party workspace for the second one.
Read-only. Dance Party asks HubSpot for read access and uses it only to refresh your dashboards. There is no key to copy, and you can disconnect from the Integrations page or from HubSpot's Connected Apps at any time.
From HubSpot to your office display
Once HubSpot shows Connected, the rest happens in plain English. No code, no drag-and-drop.
1. Describe it. Tell DJ Agent what you want to see.

HubSpot dashboard questions
Can I show a HubSpot dashboard on an Apple TV?
Yes. Connect HubSpot, describe the dashboard, and assign it to a screen. It runs on the Dance Party Apple TV app and refreshes on its own.
Does it use my HubSpot deal stages or generic ones?
Yours. Dance Party reads your pipelines and stage names from HubSpot, so the funnel on the screen matches the one in your CRM.
Can I show one team's deals instead of the whole company?
Yes. Ask for deals owned by specific reps, or a single pipeline, and the widget filters to it. Each screen can show a different team.
Can Dance Party change anything in HubSpot?
No. The connection is read-only. It cannot create, edit, or delete records, send email, or change deal stages.
Do I need a HubSpot private app or API key?
No. You sign in to HubSpot and approve access. There is nothing to create in HubSpot's developer settings.
Which HubSpot plans work?
Any plan that has the data you want to show. Dance Party reads what your HubSpot user can already see, so a dashboard of tickets needs Service Hub tickets to exist.
