Front dashboards on Apple TV and every office display
Your Front shared inbox, live on every office display. Connect Front, describe the dashboard you want, and your AI builds it. It runs on an Apple TV, a native tvOS app. Always on.
An example Front widget. You describe it, your AI builds it.
What you can build
Real widgets, not mockups of a single layout. Each one is a screen you can stand up from Front.
- →Open, unassigned, and unreplied conversation counts, company-wide or for one shared inbox.
- →Open conversations per teammate, shown as first name and last initial.
- →Average first response, handle, and resolution times over whole days.
- →Messages received and sent in the window.
- →Open segments at the end of the reporting window.
- →A celebration when the unassigned queue hits zero.
What you can pull from Front
Dance Party reads Front through Front's own API, read-only. Anything below can go on a screen. Message bodies and contacts never leave Front.
Live queue
API docs ↗- Conversation countsCompany-wide totals for open, unassigned, unreplied, waiting, snoozed, assigned, resolved, or archived. Optional inbox or tag filter.
- Team loadOpen conversations per teammate. Names render as first name plus last initial only.
- InboxesShared inbox names and ids, so a board can be scoped to one queue.
- TagsTag names and ids, so a count can be filtered to one tag.
Analytics
API docs ↗- Response timesavg_first_response_time, avg_handle_time, and avg_resolution_time, in seconds, over whole days.
- Volumenum_messages_received, num_messages_sent, and num_open_segments_end (open at the end of the window, not open now).
How to connect Front

Read-only, always. You create a company-level API token with Read only permissions. Dance Party stores it encrypted and only reads inbox names, conversation counts, teammate load, and analytics. It never sends, replies, assigns, tags, or archives. Message contents and contacts are never requested. Revoke the token in Front at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I show a Front dashboard on a TV?
Yes. Connect Front, describe the dashboard, and your AI builds it. It runs on an Apple TV, a native tvOS app, on any office display. Always on, and it refreshes on its own.
Is the Front connection read-only?
Yes. You paste a company-level API token created with Read only permissions. Front itself refuses writes on that token. Dance Party never sends, replies, assigns, or archives, and it never reads message bodies or contacts.
Does it show emails or customer names?
No. Queue tiles are counts. Teammates render as first name plus last initial. Analytics is segment metrics, not conversation contents.
Are the open counts the same as my personal Front inbox?
No. Open is company-wide conversation status. A teammate's Archive in my inbox does not change it, and private inboxes stay hidden unless that teammate enabled API access.
Do I need to build the dashboard myself?
No. You paste a read-only token once, then describe what you want. Your AI builds the dashboard and deploys it to a screen.
