Statuspage dashboards on Apple TV and every office display
Your Statuspage incidents, live on every office display. Connect Statuspage, describe the dashboard you want, and your AI builds it. It runs on an Apple TV, a native tvOS app. Always on.
An example Statuspage widget. You describe it, your AI builds it.
What you can build
Real widgets, not mockups of a single layout. Each one is a screen you can stand up from Statuspage.
- →Each component and its status: operational, degraded, partial outage, major outage, or under maintenance.
- →Open incidents with name, status, and impact.
- →How many components are operational right now.
- →An all-clear on screen when nothing is investigating.
- →Incident counts by status: investigating, identified, monitoring, resolved.
- →How many incidents you opened over the last 12 weeks.
What you can pull from Statuspage
Dance Party reads your Statuspage data through Statuspage's own API, read-only. Anything below can go on a screen. You never write a query.

Read-only, always. You paste a Statuspage API key (Authorization: OAuth <key>. That OAuth prefix is literal; this is not an OAuth login). Dance Party stores it encrypted and only reads incidents and components. It never creates or updates an incident. Statuspage keys are full-access; Dance Party still only reads. Query-parameter api_key auth is retired.
Frequently asked questions
Can I show a Statuspage dashboard on a TV?
Yes. Connect Statuspage, describe the dashboard, and your AI builds it. It runs on an Apple TV, a native tvOS app, on any office display. Always on, and it refreshes on its own.
Is the Statuspage connection read-only?
Yes. You paste an API key. Dance Party stores it encrypted and only reads incidents and components. It never creates, updates, or resolves an incident. Statuspage does not offer a read-only key; Dance Party still only reads.
What can Dance Party see?
Incidents (name, status, impact) and components (name and status). It does not post updates or change a component.
Where do I get the API key?
Log in at manage.statuspage.io, open your avatar, then API info, and create a key. Statuspage shows the key once. Only account owners can create keys.
Do I need to build the dashboard myself?
No. You connect Statuspage, describe what you want, and your AI builds the dashboard and deploys it to a screen.
