    Assign the dashboard to a screen. It goes live on the display.

Read-only, always. You paste a Delighted private API key (HTTP Basic, key as username, blank password). Dance Party stores it encrypted and only reads metrics and survey responses. It never sends a survey or adds a person. Each CX project has its own key. Pick the project in the top-left of Delighted first. Limited users cannot see the key.

Is the Delighted connection read-only?

Yes. You paste the project's private API key. Dance Party stores it encrypted and only reads metrics and survey responses. It never sends a survey, adds a person, or writes a score.

What can Dance Party see?

NPS, promoter, passive, and detractor counts and percents, plus response_count and recent scores and comments. The metrics endpoint returns that NPS-shaped object. Individual responses can be nps, csat, or ces.

Where do I get the key?

In Delighted, select the CX project in the top-left, then open Integrations, API. Each project has its own key. Limited users cannot see it. Ask an admin.

Do I need to build the dashboard myself?

No. You connect Delighted, describe what you want, and your AI builds the dashboard and deploys it to a screen.
